At McDonald's, I manage and monitor restaurant operations during my shift, including tracking indicators, organizing processes, and resolving operational problems.

I also lead and distribute team activities, monitor inventory and supplies, and help ensure operational standards, quality, and safety procedures are followed.

As a Data Science student at Univesp with technical training in Systems Development from Etec, I’ve developed skills in SQL, Python, and Power BI. During my internship at Prefeitura Municipal de Mairiporã, I supported the IT department’s administrative routines and organized and updated spreadsheets and information.
