At Emerging Public Leaders of Ghana, I lead finance, operations, treasury and governance for a USD 6 million multi-currency donor-funded portfolio, including Mastercard Foundation, U.S. Embassy Accra and Co-Impact programmes. I lead a team of 11, advise the Board quarterly, and have repeatedly served as Acting Country Director.

I've cut month-end reporting by approximately 30%, reduced tax exposure from GHS 2 million to GHS 8,000 through strengthened compliance, and maintained 100% compliance with donor, statutory and regulatory reporting requirements. I also lead grant writing, donor engagement, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning and internal-control reform.

Across insurance, manufacturing and construction, I've built IFRS-compliant reporting, strengthened treasury and audit readiness, improved cost control, and led operational performance.
