I'm seeking a part-time Sourcing Specialist role where I can apply candidate sourcing expertise, build strong talent pipelines, and support recruitment success with persistence and empathy.

At IBM Business Services, Inc., I identify and engage qualified candidates through research, networking, and proactive outreach while building talent pipelines across multiple platforms.
