I've delivered testing for Cognizant clients including Aetna Healthcare, MetLife, and Travelers Indemnity Company, covering enterprise web applications, web services, and integrations.

On Aetna's Ecosystem Train project, I tested APIs supporting consumer data storage, retrieval, updates, and deletion in MarkLogic Database. I worked with business analysts and users to prepare test plans, develop test cases and scripts, and optimize test strategy.

I've collaborated on end-to-end integration testing for new consumers, coordinated with local, offshore, and onsite teams, and presented completed work to clients. My work received appreciation for Category Excellence.

I bring experience across Agile Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall delivery, including requirements analysis, test design, defect reporting, traceability, documentation, and UAT quality. In a Travelers project, I helped improve system efficiency by over 75% through issue identification and reporting.
