I am an adaptable administrative and healthcare professional with experience across hospitals and diagnostic labs, combining administrative support with hands-on patient care. I bring a strong work ethic and a track record of reliably managing clerical and clinical tasks.

At Long Island Jewish Hospital I managed multi-line phone systems, surgical ordering, inventory, patient registration, discharge and bed assignments, demonstrating organization in fast-paced settings. At Quest Diagnostics I performed high-volume data entry and facilitated communication between clinicians to ensure accurate lab submissions.

In clinical roles I worked as a Patient Care Technician, Certified Nursing Assistant and Emergency Room Technician, performing vital signs monitoring, CPR, phlebotomy, ECGs, glucose testing and daily hygiene and feeding for patients. These roles reinforced my patient-centered approach and ability to respond in urgent situations.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and certifications in Nursing Assistance, Phlebotomy and Electrocardiogram, and I am seeking opportunities where I can apply both administrative and clinical strengths to support care teams and improve patient workflow.
