At Pfizer Costa Rica, I developed Power BI reporting that helped reduce accumulated outstanding P&L-related variances from approximately $500M to $30M. I partnered with Plant and Regional Controllers to analyze variances, explain results and address potential P&L impacts.
For PPV and reserve analysis, I developed a Power BI solution using SAP data refreshed through Queries. It replaced a manual Excel process and reduced daily PPV analysis from approximately 3 hours to 5 minutes.
I participated in the end-to-end migration of Manufacturing Accounting processes from Puerto Rico to Costa Rica. I documented processes onsite, supported knowledge transfer and helped with transition and stabilization.
At IBM Costa Rica, I supported Record-to-Report, General Ledger and intercompany processes, as well as accounting work related to assets and taxes. I also worked in accounts payable and served as a Supply Chain Management SME, resolving order, budget, billing and accounting issues.
