What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support real-world IT operations while building automation and data/AI solutions. I want hands-on teamwork, reliable systems, and opportunities to grow in infrastructure, software, and applied analytics.

I’m an IT Assistant supporting large-scale event and venue operations, where I provide on-site IT support for broadcast and venue technology. I handle device setup, connectivity checks, and troubleshooting while coordinating event technology to keep operations running smoothly.

Alongside operations, I’ve built and improved internal workflows through Power Apps/Power Automate, process automation, and data analysis with AI-assisted tools. I also develop practical systems—such as IoT real-time temperature monitoring and a flight management platform—while training others on AI and responsible digital tool use, backed by certifications in networking, MySQL, and AI fundamentals.
