At ABC Fitness Solutions I led revenue forecasting and performance analysis across multiple SaaS products totaling $10M+ ARR, and contributed to three consecutive years of 12% YoY revenue growth. I developed commission payout models, integrated Salesforce and Power BI data, and managed processes for a 70+ person sales organization.

I built headcount tracking and integrated a new international business unit into Workday Adaptive Planning, led monthly KPI tracking, and prepared Executive and Board reporting for $55M+ of expense. I also supported budgeting through a zero-based framework and helped improve EBITDA margins across the organization.
