Ich suche eine Position im Corporate Finance oder Transaction Services, in der ich Due-Diligence-, Bewertungs- und Transaktionsanalysen übernehme, strukturiert rapportiere und in interdisziplinären Teams auch unter Zeitdruck Wirkung liefere.

Ich bin Finance-Absolvent mit Schwerpunkt Corporate Finance, Bewertung und Transaktionen. Mein Ziel ist es, meine analytische Stärke in eine Position im Corporate Finance oder Transaction Services einzubringen.

Bei Deloitte (Transaction Advisory) habe ich detaillierte Financial Due Diligence Analysen durchgeführt, u. a. zu P&L, Cashflow und Working Capital. Ich identifizierte zentrale Werttreiber sowie finanzielle Risiken in Transaktionen und erstellte strukturierte Reports und Präsentationen für Stakeholder. Dabei habe ich komplexe finanzielle Zusammenhänge zur Unterstützung strategischer Entscheidungen analysiert—auch in interdisziplinären Teams unter hohem Zeitdruck.

Zuvor habe ich im Marketingumfeld KPIs-basierte Auswertungen von Kampagnen vorgenommen, datenbasierte Optimierungen abgeleitet und die Qualität von CRM-Daten gepflegt. Aktuell betreue ich im Finanz- und Versicherungsbereich Kundenbeziehungen, führe Bedarfsanalysen durch und unterstütze finanzwirtschaftliche Bewertungen sowie Transaktionsanalysen mit analytischen Methoden.
