In my independent practice, I audited a B2B SaaS firm's data and identified a proprietary dataset as its primary acquisition asset, then built its board-ready roadmap. I also designed an agri-tech AI product strategy to replace manual loan underwriting with a priced ML product and monthly ROI reporting.

I build when the work requires it, including a six-agent AI system for a HIPAA- and FDR-regulated B2B SaaS company, complete with a production output-quality evaluation framework. My technical work spans multi-agent orchestration, MLOps, predictive modelling, RAG pipelines, context engineering, and AI data security.
