At MADAM HAPPINESS KALU OF HAPPINESS COMPUTERS AND ELECTRONICS, I diagnosed and repaired laptop and desktop hardware faults, installed operating systems and drivers, and handled routine maintenance. I also trained two university IT students in hardware diagnostics and repair techniques.
My training includes full-stack web development through App Brewery and ongoing network technician training through CISCO Networking. I studied accounting at University of Nigeria Nsukka, with coursework in financial reporting, bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial analysis.
