At the Bohol Information and Communication Technology Office (BICTO), Provincial Government of Bohol, I build and maintain 10+ production systems used across provincial offices and hospitals. I developed eProcurement workflows, an HRMIS, and a Dengue Surveillance platform to support procurement, workforce management, and faster case reporting.
I also built booking, ticketing, and point-of-sale systems for UGO TRAVEL, along with its website and custom business applications. My work spans requirements gathering, database design, REST API development, user interfaces, deployment, and ongoing support, including integrations with OpenAI and AssemblyAI APIs.
