I’m looking to lead Europe-wide supply chain and logistics engineering transformations—especially SAP EWM/warehouse modernization and Lean/TPS improvements—working with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable savings, scalable capacity, and data-driven KPIs (on-site in Porto/Aveiro or remote).

I’m an international Supply Chain and Logistics professional who leads logistics transformation across Europe, moving from automotive program management to multi-site logistics process engineering. I bring hands-on operational expertise with strategic thinking to redesign facilities under live production, optimize warehouse performance, and deliver end-to-end system migrations.

As a Logistics Process Engineering Team Leader, I’m responsible for departmental ownership, guiding Lean & Six Sigma work across multiple business units and sites. I lead SAP EWM modernization (as a SAP EWM Key User), run intralogistics transformations, and use Excel/Power BI plus dashboard and KPI tooling to improve WIP visibility, buffer occupancy, and warehouse heat maps—driving real savings and scalable factory capacity.
