Led a multi-year project developing a lightweight, efficient, generalizable, and robust AI-based intrusion detection system for IoMT healthcare environments. Conducted dataset analysis and end-to-end ML model development (feature selection, balancing, training/validation/testing) and co-directed multiple B.Sc. and M.Sc. theses.

Developed an M.Sc. thesis on detecting cybersecurity threat mutations using classic threat intelligence and advanced threat profiling. Contributed to the OpenUEBA framework with Behavior Analytics (UEBA), Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI), and AI models, producing an honors-qualified thesis report and presentation in collaboration with the Cybersecurity Agency of Catalonia (ACC).

Awarded two competitive scholarships to conduct applied DFIR research under Prof. Dr. Josep Pegueroles Vallés. Supported two digital forensics cases on viral image/video leakage using Autopsy and Python, and contributed to state-of-the-art malware analysis work.

Developed an Android application (MobilitApp) and an LSTM model to predict the means of transport used by Barcelona citizens, analyzing mobility patterns with external partners including the ATM. Maintained and installed core nodes in a wireless E-PORTS network to ensure coverage and service quality for subscribed customers. Configured Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, and Huawei equipment (modems, switches, and servers) and resolved customer connectivity issues through hands-on network troubleshooting.
