I’m a result-oriented Assistant Manager with significant experience in PLM, customer service, and team management. I focus on delivering on-time design releases with 100% BOM quality and keeping projects aligned to milestone timelines.

In my current role at Renault Nissan Technology and Business Centre India Pvt. Ltd., I oversee a team of engineers for design release execution across planning, production, and prototype phases. I lead troubleshooting and query resolution, run root cause analysis (RCA) with countermeasures, and mentor/up-skill team members for continuous improvement. I also manage escalations with stakeholders, including Nissan technical centre-Japan.

I’m known for structured reporting and performance tracking—monitoring KPIs and preparing dashboards for MSR (Monthly status report) and WAR (weekly analysis report). I’m a Nissan-certified trainer and have achieved a Trainer Level Certificate for BOM Management/Product lifecycle management.

Earlier, as an Engineer at JBM Auto systems, I supported New Product Development for Nissan/Ford projects, maintained BOMs with version control, handled engineering change activities, and coordinated vendor/supply chain planning for prototypes. I bring a practical, cross-functional engineering mindset from roles spanning PLM, engineering change management, and preventive maintenance during my GET period.
