Jonathan is a strategic financial advisor with deep expertise in both equity and debt capital markets (ECM and DCM). He has a proven track record of developing robust financial models using VBA Macros, conducting valuations, and delivering commercial feasibility studies for project finance and restructuring initiatives. He also plays a key role in supporting buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions and has managed business portfolios across a range of industries, particularly within the Asia-Pacific region. He has been instrumental in identifying potential investors and target companies, driving deal flow, and building strategic partnerships to support his clients’ corporate finance strategies (including FP&A and post-merger integration). He thrives in cross-cultural, collaborative environments, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative research to achieve objectives and provide a broad perspective that enhances stakeholder engagement and decision-making capabilities.
