I'm looking to lead or contribute to complex software delivery, modernise legacy systems, build cloud-native products, and help teams improve through trust, mentoring, strong stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement.

I've delivered scalable .NET, cloud, and microservices solutions for Berlin Brands Group, Redcloud Technology, and Monarch Software. At Berlin Brands Group, I improve Azure Service Bus-based services and design legacy-system enhancements across stock, pricing, and carrier handling.

At Redcloud, I led a team of six building modern .NET services, AWS-integrated architecture, and React frontends. I delivered Customer Reward Management and centralised Customer Data Management systems, with an initial target to increase trading volume by 5%, while introducing Domain-Driven Design, TDD, Concourse CI/CD, Kafka, and automated deployment pipelines.

Over 25+ years, I've modernised legacy services to .NET Core, expanded digital services that achieved 50% year-on-year adoption and revenue growth, and grown engineering teams from four developers to ten developers plus QA.
