I’m a Registered Electrical Engineer with 3 years of technical experience specializing in electrical design evaluation, material takeoffs, value engineering, and regulatory code compliance. I manage MEP deliverables for commercial facility upgrades and large-scale warehouse construction projects, from blueprint review to submission-ready documentation.

At JAE Philippines, Inc., I authored and interpreted complex as-built drawings and single-line diagrams using AutoCAD. I audit designs against PEC, NEC, NFPA standards, and relevant building and fire requirements to support official submissions to government agencies and annual compliance reviews.

In my Warehouse Construction Project role, I reviewed MEP method statements, QA/QC documents, and material submittals to ensure alignment with contractual specifications. I also led coordination meetings to resolve technical discrepancies, and spearheaded digital punch-listing and emergency power testing matrices ahead of turnover.

I began as an Engineering Intern, producing CCTV/security system layouts and performing quantity surveying and preliminary cost estimations.
