John Helmer

I've supported transportation, aviation, security, and administrative operations across Alaska and Texas. I currently drive for Uber in Anchorage and the DFW area, following previous work as a ramper with Envoy.

At Pegasus Maintenance, I maintained ground support equipment, handled aircraft operations, and completed customs paperwork. I operate and troubleshoot tugs, loaders, cargo equipment, dollies, bag carts, lift trucks, and deice platforms, while performing vehicle inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance.

I've also worked in unarmed security with Nana Management Security and personnel management with the Alaska State Defense Force. My experience includes patrols, CCTV operations, report writing, handcuff techniques, non-lethal compliance training, and firearms training.

I'm actively completing an A.A. in Accounting and bring hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365, onboarding, payroll, billing, accounts payable, scheduling, dispatching, commercial driving, and welding.
