What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an elevated data role in a field I'm passionate about, focused on team collaboration, AI-integrated teams, emerging technology, and cross-functional leadership opportunities.

At Colle McVoy, I lead Data Science, establishing data standards for collection, cleaning, and reporting while creating actionable use cases for business development and visibility into 2025 planning.

I lead an AI pilot program using Google Agentspace, Claude MCP servers, and ChatGPT AgentKit, building secure processes that reduce repetitive research and reporting work while protecting client data. Previously at Ovative Group, I led teams and 15 accounts, standardized data management processes that saved 80 hours per week, and trained 500+ team members on new ways of working.

Earlier, I delivered digital marketing analytics for clients at Bain & Co. and Life Time Fitness, including dashboards, tag audits, A/B testing, regression analysis, and recommendations that improved reporting, customer journey visibility, website leads, and conversion.
