What I'm looking for

I'm looking to strengthen stable, secure network connectivity through hands-on work with switches, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi, monitoring, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration.

At NAVEX Global, I supported secure, reliable network connectivity across global offices by configuring switches, routers, and firewalls and monitoring performance around the clock.

I've worked with Juniper, Cisco/Meraki, Mist Wireless, Sophos, Palo Alto, LogicMonitor, and Nagios to manage BGP, OSPF, VLAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi service expectations. I collaborate with onsite engineers and vendors on installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and RMAs to improve network resilience and performance.

Earlier at LAN System Services, I provided desktop support, data-backup monitoring, and practical network improvement recommendations for small-business clients.
