What I'm looking for

I am seeking an entry-level mining or site operations role where I can apply field training in drilling, blasting and dewatering, grow technical skills, and contribute to safe, efficient project delivery within a collaborative team.

I am a diploma-qualified mining engineer with hands-on field experience in drilling, blasting, dewatering, hauling and comminution gained through a field traineeship at Nyanza Road Company Limited. I combine technical training from the University of Dodoma with practical site skills like jackhammer drilling and material handling.

I am proficient with engineering and office software including AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and I write clear operational reports to support safe, efficient site work. I am fluent in Swahili and English and bring a hardworking, flexible approach with the ability to work under minimal supervision.

I seek opportunities where I can contribute to operational mining or civil works teams, continue developing technical capability, and support project delivery with disciplined safety and teamwork.
