I am an experienced political researcher and strategy analyst with strong writing skills and over ten years of work experience in the public sector. I have worked with various government teams in different Ministries, Departments, and Units to implement the Government of Kenya's agenda. Currently, I serve as an Assistant Secretary at the Office of the Principal Secretary, State Department for Housing and Urban Development. In this role, I support the Office of the PS in developing content for interaction with various stakeholders and decision-making. My analytical work supports multi-disciplinary teams allowing them to collaborate more effectively towards the strategic goals of the State Department.

In the last nine and a half years, I worked as a political researcher and data analyst in the center of government where I gained intimate knowledge of the civil service and delivery of Government objectives. My work involved development and contributions to political strategy, analysis of complex data, and development of working briefs, report writing, and provision of support to Senior Officers in Government. I was also at the heart of coordinating various programs as a liaison, data analyst, and project manager.

I co-founded a software development company, Kenshin Labs Ltd, with a friend and business partner. The company develops apps for the web, Google Play Store, and Apple Store. I am the resident data analyst, content creator, and project manager. Currently, the Company has two apps under development. I also work as a Senior Consultant at Retro Consultants, as well as a contributing writer for Orals East Africa, an up-and-coming online media house in Kisumu. I am passionate about data analysis, writing history, and political strategy.
