I'm currently a Product Owner at Sephora, supporting the SODA middle office and the migration from legacy Salesforce to a headless architecture. I translate business needs into technical-functional specifications, facilitate design workshops, and coordinate cross-functional delivery in Agile/SCRUM environments.
Previously, I delivered e-commerce, checkout, payment, backend, and omnichannel projects for Lacoste, Picard, and SMEs as a freelance digital project manager. I've launched Apple Pay and MercadoPago, led UAT and GO/NOGO sessions, managed backlogs, and connected business stakeholders with technical and offshore teams.
