I'm currently managing acute medical and trauma presentations in the Emergency Department at MCM Comprehensive Specialized Hospital in Addis Ababa. I assess patients, formulate differential diagnoses, coordinate escalation and handover, interpret investigations, and perform procedures including ABG sampling, thoracentesis, paracentesis, and bedside ultrasound.
I've also completed FY1-equivalent rotations across medicine, surgery, obstetrics and gynaecology, paediatrics, psychiatry, and community care, and observed NHS practice at Princess Alexandra Hospital. Alongside clinical work, I contribute to audit, medical education, research, medical writing, and Korean-English medical communication.
