At Noto/NOCD, I lead product design across member-facing apps, the web, and internal tools. I partner with the CEO, clinical leadership, and marketing on product vision and priorities, and have also served as acting product owner for customer-facing products.
I led design for NOCD's community across iOS, Android, and web, shifting the experience from posting first to searching first; posts with three or more replies grew by 10% without reducing new posts. I also built Noto's therapist training platform from 0 to 1, mapping clinical, credentialing, and recruiting workflows into a content system used across two brands.
For Rebound, I led design of the iOS and Flutter apps, establishing a shared design system and backlog with the founders and launching in phases. I’m now consolidating NOCD app components and leading the scoping and design of therapy tools, while shaping AI chat experiences across member-facing products.
