I don’t just “run operations” or “own strategy”—I do both. With twenty years across IT infrastructure, global SOC management, and OT/ICS security, I lead from the front and bring the executive presence to secure board-level buy-in and $3M budgets. I’ve managed follow-the-sun teams across three continents and assessed OT environments at 25+ global manufacturing facilities, then scaled secure, production AI platforms through my advisory work.
