What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an opportunity where I can lead finance, accounting, payroll, billing, compliance, and reporting operations, contribute to financial planning and process improvements, and work in a dynamic environment with immediate availability.

I've managed end-to-end finance for US staffing operations since 2018, covering accounts receivable, accounts payable, revenue accounting, payroll accounting, general ledger, financial close, billing, collections, and consultant profitability.

I prepare AR aging, DSO, cash flow, fund flow, P&L, balance sheet, and executive MIS reports, while partnering with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, working capital, and financial planning. I also support W2 and 1099 payroll documentation, revenue recognition, contract billing, audit readiness, and GAAP/IFRS-based controls.

Earlier, I handled accounting, statutory reporting, vendor payments, reconciliations, GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, STPI, APR, Softex, and MIS reporting across technology, retail, and manufacturing businesses. I use QuickBooks, Tally ERP, Xero, Plunet, and advanced Excel to keep finance operations accurate and compliant.
