What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Senior Process Associate or US Healthcare AR Specialist role focused on US healthcare accounts receivable.

At Zillion Dollar Solutions RCM (ZDSRCM), I manage New York No-Fault and auto insurance accounts receivable, working through 20+ patient accounts and 35–40+ Dates of Service per day.

I follow up with insurance carriers, analyze EOBs, and address denials, fee schedule discrepancies, billing errors, and policy exhaustion. I also work directly with legal representatives to obtain executed liens and send formal lien documents with legal cover letters.

At STIGNITE Communication Pvt. Ltd., I facilitated international conference logistics and correspondence, and organized structured data for event databases and website portals. I use Papyrx and NF Biller in my current RCM work.
