At Burns & McDonnell, I delivered project controls for SDG&E, TECO Energy and Dominion Energy. For the SDG&E programme, I led schedule, cost performance and reporting across EPC phases, and designed Power BI dashboards for leadership reviews.
For TECO Energy, I maintained cost controls against baseline and prepared ETC/EAC forecasts. For Dominion Energy, I refined schedules with stakeholders and supported change control by assessing cost and schedule impacts.
Before Burns & McDonnell, I estimated, tendered and certified contractor bills across five public-sector engagements at Vishvakarma Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. I'm now building AI-assisted project controls workflows, including cost-to-forecast reconciliation, variance commentary and EVM KPI summaries.
