I've managed KYC onboarding, customer due diligence, and compliance documentation for corporate clients across Invoicemart, Protiviti, Wipro, and Rand Merchant Bank engagements.
At Invoicemart, I managed end-to-end onboarding for Corporate Buyers and MSME Vendors across India, verifying documentation against RBI guidelines, maintaining SLA adherence, and supporting audit-ready records. I also contributed to process automation and workflow improvements that enhanced operational efficiency and reduced turnaround time.
Previously, I handled corporate KYC onboarding and periodic reviews for Rand Merchant Bank through Wipro, including AML checks, sanctions and PEP screening, public-domain research, and UBO verification. At Protiviti, outsourced to Julius Baer, I reviewed client documents, completed due diligence, and supported KYC assessment reporting.
