At Tanzania Automotive Technology Centre (TATC), I designed tools and components for modelling, casting, and CNC machining using SolidWorks, and conducted measurements on engineering parts. I also performed structural simulations in MATLAB and maintained and calibrated CNC machines.
At DIT Design Studio, I designed and diagnosed mechatronics systems that integrated mechanical, electrical, and software components. I also programmed and operated PLC systems for industrial automation and contributed to prototype development.
At Tanzania Railway Corporation (TRC), I performed electrical maintenance, installed and replaced components, and inspected wiring on newly received equipment and rolling stock.
As a part-time Tutorial Assistant Lecture at Dar es salaam Maritime institute, I prepared teaching materials, lectured students on assigned modules, and assisted with practical and lab sessions. My engineering background also includes embedded systems, PCB design, and programming in Python, C++, and C#.
