In my current Accountant role at JUBAILI GROTEC LTD, I ensure timely invoice payments through diligent follow-ups and keep records consistent through complex account reconciliations. I manage fuel, Momo (MTN/VODA), and bank reconciliations, handle monthly tax filling, and strengthen controls by conducting financial audits. I also focus on risk management by tracking expenditures, minimizing potential losses, and leading tax compliance initiatives to maintain regulatory alignment. I’ve trained new employees on accounting principles and company procedures to help them integrate quickly.

Before this, I worked as a Credit Officer at ASA Savings and Loans, where I improved customer satisfaction through prompt problem-solving and clear communication. I reviewed and updated credit applications, assessed creditworthiness to reduce risk, used advanced Excel functions for reporting, and ensured compliance through meticulous record-keeping and regular audits. Earlier roles as a Revenue Inspector and Revenue Officer strengthened my ability to support tax compliance through field surveys, income declaration checks, negotiation and mediation, and handling complex cases while working with teams to meet revenue targets.
