Jill Simmons Smith

I've spent more than 20 years creating commercially successful illustrations, fonts, graphics, and surface patterns for the craft, scrapbook, education, and licensing industries.

As Owner and Creative Director of Illustration Ink, I’ve designed and published more than 15,000 original illustrations and created over 7,000 original fonts. I manage the full creative process, from concept development through licensing, marketing, customer support, and digital sales.

Previously at Inspire Graphics, I created artwork, typography, and graphic collections for leading craft and scrapbook manufacturers. My production-ready work supported paper collections, stamps, cutting files, embellishments, and printable products.

My work has reached Walmart, Michaels, and fabric and quilting stores through wholesalers including Robert Kaufman and Poppy Cotton. I’ve built a ready-to-license library approaching 30,000 products.
