Advocate trainee focused on commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, and data protection—delivering practical results for clients.
What I'm looking for
I’m an Advocate trainee with hands-on experience drafting commercial agreements and supporting corporate transactions, including shareholders agreements, share purchase agreements, transfer deeds, and commercial leases. I’m driven by a practical, results-oriented approach to complex legal matters, with a strong emphasis on research, clarity, and execution.
In my role at Wandabwa Advocates, I prepared sale agreements and supported title conversion, file reconstruction, searches, and transmission processes. I conducted advanced legal research and drafted pleadings and submissions, while taking instructions and helping develop case strategy with clients.
Earlier, I supported legal work through an internship with the Ministry of Health of Kenya and contributed as a stakeholder to develop a national guideline for psychosocial support for children survivors of sexual violence. I’ve also volunteered in gender-based violence initiatives—participating in mediation, outreach, intake interviews, and legal document review—building a grounded, service-focused mindset alongside my legal and compliance skills.
