Led a team of 5 analysts to launch a new grant program, finalized program policies in accordance with 2 CFR 200, and oversaw competitive review panels to ensure consistent scoring and public dissemination of program information.

Managed a federal grants portfolio of over $18 million under the Specialty Crop Block Grant program, provided technical assistance to 9 state departments of agriculture, and ensured compliance with federal, state, and local requirements through monitoring, audits, and closeout activities.

Assisted in administration and monitoring of $44 million in HSGP emergency preparedness grants, ensured accuracy and accessibility of recipient progress reports via FEMA's GRT, and scored and ranked applications for the Nonprofit Security Grant Program.

Oversaw grants portfolios across 4 countries for the Power Africa initiative, reviewed disbursement requests against project workplans to ensure timely deliverables, and prepared project highlights for public communication.

Taught four grade-7 beginner English sections (12 hours/week) and developed differentiated curriculum to support varied learning styles. Partnered with the Office of National Nutrition (ONN) to deliver nutrition workshops to high school students promoting healthy practices.
