I am a Senior Engineering Manager with a proven track record of building and scaling engineering organizations. At Pennylane, I successfully built and scaled an Engineering organization to build products for the SME side of the business. Currently, I manage an organization of 50+ members divided into 8 teams, supporting over 150K SMEs. I played a crucial role in fostering an engineering culture that propelled Pennylane to unicorn status in just 3 years, growing the Engineering organization from 25 to 150 team members in 2 years.

At Booking, I led the migration of the monolithic code to a service-based architecture, enabling 20+ product teams to configure benefits campaigns and conduct experiments. This initiative accelerated innovation around pricing and benefits. I also led the dynamic pricing initiative, generating an incremental revenue of 10 Million in 2020. I have experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering end-to-end pricing solutions, including pricing platforms, machine learning models, and impact measuring techniques.

During my time at CITI GROUP, I designed and developed a Java-based application for performing Profit Attribution Analysis, processing millions of records daily. At Infosys Ltd, I developed a Java-based application for Enbridge, an energy infrastructure company, to plan and monitor activities in their oil and gas pipeline.
