Jhanna Louisse Osido

I’m a licensed Civil Engineer with experience in structural design, layout planning, and material estimation, with strong exposure to solar projects. I focus on structural framing, load considerations, and construction detailing to help ensure designs are practical and reliable.

As a Design Engineer at 1Solarman Inc. (Feb 2025–Present), I create 2D and 3D layouts and as-built plans for solar photovoltaic systems based on client specifications. I also prepare the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Bill of Materials (BOM) for each project.

I perform load calculations to assess the structural integrity of solar PV system installations, including slab and ground applications. I use design software and Microsoft Office tools for project documentation, tracking project billings, and preparing reports.

Before this, I completed a Trainee (Design Department) stint at Amsteel Structures, Inc. (Jun 2023–Jul 2023), where I familiarized myself with engineering codes and standards and was introduced to STAAD for design analysis. With a BS Civil Engineering degree from the University of Rizal System-Morong (2024) and passing the Civil Engineering Licensure Exam (CELE) in 2024, I’m eager to apply my skills to general civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
