I’m a results-driven finance and human resources leader with 15+ years of progressive leadership experience. I’ve rebuilt HR and payroll operations from the ground up, strengthening internal controls, improving efficiency, and aligning policies with best practices.

In my Director of Finance & Human Resources role at a $3.6M nonprofit, I oversee finance and HR end-to-end—budgeting, forecasting, accounting, benefits, compliance, payroll, and employee relations. I led the transition from a third-party payroll provider to a new platform, improving reporting, accuracy, and controls while reducing costs.

I bring a strategic, people-first approach to workforce development and performance management. I developed and enforced HR policies aligned with federal, state, and local regulations (including employment law, wage and hour, and ADA compliance), and I manage recruitment through onboarding and offboarding with thoughtful attention to background checks, orientation, and exit interviews.

I also drive continuous improvement through proactive cost-saving initiatives and cross-functional collaboration. I’ve negotiated benefits and vendor contracts to reduce organizational costs, supported multi-year financial forecasting for expansion, and delivered more than $1 million in projected savings over 10 years.
