What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote customer service role where I can independently resolve customer needs, build positive relationships, use technology confidently, and deliver dependable support.

I've built a decade of customer service experience across Bell Nursery, Babs Brown Pet Care, Harris Teeter, Kroger, and PETCO. I solve customer needs in person and by phone while building the trust that brings clients back.

At Babs Brown Pet Care, I coordinated changing schedules through Google Calendar, communicated with clients throughout their pets' stays, and handled payments and client information. I'm comfortable working independently in remote-friendly tools and using computer and phone programs including Word, Chrome, Safari, and Google Calendar.
