At Dragonfly Health, I provide real-time clinical consultation to hospice nurses and care teams on symptom management, medication selection, dosing, routes, conversions, deprescribing, and formulary alternatives.

I review medication orders for therapeutic appropriateness, safety, interactions, duplication, contraindications, and alignment with hospice goals of care. I also conduct admission and recurring drug utilization reviews and document recommendations that support Conditions of Participation compliance.

Previously at Buckeye Drugs, I delivered medication therapy management, counseling, reconciliation, and chronic-disease support for patients with complex regimens. I collaborated with prescribers to resolve interactions, duplicate therapy, adherence barriers, renal-dosing concerns, and treatment optimization opportunities.

I've also audited controlled substance documentation at Ingram Cosmetic Surgery, identifying discrepancies and corrective actions that contributed to successful AAAHC accreditation.
