I’m an adaptable, compassionate Registered Nurse with experience in high-acuity hospital and ambulatory care environments. I deliver patient-centered care by managing pre- and post-procedural workflows, reviewing medical records, supporting required consent documentation, and communicating abnormal or complex history to the appropriate clinical leaders.

I thrive in PACU and perioperative settings—monitoring vital signs and EKGs when required, documenting patient progress, assisting during procedures, and ensuring safe discharge-ready instruction. Across my float pool work, I strengthened infection control, performed pre-op and post-op care, supported critical interventions, and led education and workflow improvements (including training 30+ staff on HIPAA and medical records management) while staying fully aligned with HIPAA and organizational standards.
