At R-W Purchasing Partners, I've led overall financial operations, overseeing general ledger accuracy, GAAP-compliant financial statements, AP/AR, invoicing, collections, payroll coordination, and recurring financial reporting.

I've supported executive leadership with cash flow forecasting, working capital monitoring, budget-to-actual analysis, multi-year projections, and scenario reporting that informs business decisions.

I directed project accounting for more than 150 client-funded FF&E procurement projects, managing project-based AP/AR, client billings, vendor payments, retainage, tax tracking, draw requests, and project bank activity. I also supervised a five-person project accounting team and partnered across clients, vendors, procurement, and internal departments to resolve financial issues and standardize workflows.

Over 16+ years of progressive accounting experience, I've strengthened internal controls, managed close processes, coordinated with external accountants and financial partners, and improved systems and reporting workflows during organizational growth and transition.
