I'm seeking a fully remote Utilization Review or Case Management RN role with a healthcare organization or payer, where I can apply medical necessity evaluation, care coordination, documentation compliance, and population health experience.

At Duke University Health System, I lead health risk assessment and screening teams supporting population health initiatives, utilization oversight, program evaluation, outcome monitoring, and quality reporting.

I've brought 15+ years of nursing experience across acute care, home health, hospice, clinical education, and leadership. My work includes medical necessity evaluation, care coordination, CMS and Medicare compliance, MDS documentation, discharge planning, risk stratification, and remote clinical workflows using Epic and other documentation systems.
