What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead human-centred product, discovery and accessibility work in complex environments, partnering across design, product and engineering to validate needs, improve delivery, and build scalable inclusive digital services.

I've led product design, UX and accessibility at Hireup across B2C disability and aged care services and B2B products. I partnered with product and engineering on its first customer-facing AI experience, lifting first job creation from 50% to 85% and doubling client activation.

At GOV.UK Department for Education, I redesigned services for trainee teacher registration and teaching-job listings, cutting registration completion time from 20+ minutes to 6–7 minutes and helping schools save upwards of £4M annually. At The Guardian, I redesigned subscription, e-commerce and contribution journeys that supported digital reader revenue growth and repeat supporters.

I bring 15+ years across community, design, technology and strategy, building design systems, accessible experiences and stronger cross-functional delivery practices. I also coach purpose-driven startups, founded the Perth Device Lab, and use front-end fluency to bridge design and engineering.
