At NeoGenomics Laboratories, I develop the Medical Services Platform, supporting cancer testing, diagnosis, and clinical reporting workflows. I work on back-end services and REST APIs using C#/.NET, alongside front-end functionality and Microsoft SQL Server.
I engineered a document management microservice with Amazon S3-backed storage and developed REST APIs and integrations for five internal services. I also spearheaded the platform’s first Salesforce integrations, coordinating implementation across development teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
At PandoLink Software, I developed proprietary software with C# and ASP.NET Razor and MVC, integrating Microsoft SQL Server for data management. I engineered a consolidated payment plan system and improved system stability through better error handling and peer review.
At Intuitive IT Solutions, I developed PowerShell scripts and C# programs that saved over 200 hours of manual labor. Earlier, at North Eastern Services, I provided direct care and support to individuals with mental and physical disabilities.
