Led the greenfield build of a Rust HFT and quantitative-trading platform for FX, equities, futures, and crypto. Designed and built low-latency execution, simulation, market data, and ETL systems, and built scalable ML research infrastructure.

Led the greenfield build of a C++20 high-performance crypto exchange and designed core parts of the trading platform. Led a team of 15 senior engineers and ensured compliance with ESMA guidelines, MiFID II, and PCI DSS.

Set up monitoring, backup, and consistency plans for product stability and migrated the app from DigitalOcean to AWS.
