At LurqAI, I redesigned campaign creation and the candidate dashboard, helping scale weekly campaign volume to 80 and outbound email volume to roughly 700 per week. At LawSphere, I audited 45+ screens, repaired four broken flows, resolved 80+ bugs, and established a unified design system that helped bring the product to production readiness.

At Splash Technologies, I conducted 100+ interviews with pool owners and technicians, identified DIY pool owners as the scalable target persona, and translated findings into a PRD, roadmap, and 0-to-1 consumer mobile app. The product converted 52% of beta testers into paying weekly-active users.

I enjoy working across discovery, interaction design, usability testing, design systems, and implementation handoff to help teams ship experiences that are useful, consistent, and ready to scale.
