Jenny Fung

I’m a detail-oriented law and finance professional with experience across property, commercial and corporate law, real estate private equity, and project financing. As an Investment Analyst at Positive Investment Enterprise, I review commercial agreements, advise on legal and regulatory issues, and support property acquisitions through feasibility analysis, ROI/ROE assessment, and investment return evaluation.

Previously at Levi Consulting Pty Ltd, I worked as an Insolvency and Restructuring Analyst, reviewing contracts and advising clients on property and corporate legal issues. I led financial analysis to assess distressed companies’ viability, advised on restructuring, administration, and liquidation strategies, and contributed to asset and business sale transactions by supporting due diligence and assisting lawyers on key term negotiation in term sheets and deeds.

Earlier in my career, I built a strong analytical foundation in both finance and assurance. At Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, I served as a Senior Audit Associate (High Performancer in 2018), leading engagement teams, performing control risk assessments, and communicating audit issues and recommendations to engagement managers and C-level executives. Before that, at UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Limited, I performed financial modeling for company valuation and supported equity research report preparation for buy-side investment managers.

I bring a disciplined, organized approach shaped by my Juris Doctor (University of Sydney) and my finance background (Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) in Finance, City University of Hong Kong). I also completed the Insolvency: Law and Practice program (Bond University) and combine structured project management with advanced analytics—especially Advanced Excel (VBA, pivot tables, macros) and Microsoft 365 tools—to turn complex information into decision-ready outputs.
