As head of section, leads daily operations, supervises staff, and improves patient flow and clinic efficiency.

Worked as a health volunteer general practitioner in the Ophthalmology Department, General Outpatient Department, Casualty, and Inpatient Department. Developed skills in triaging ophthalmology patients, testing visual acuity, measuring intraocular pressure, and performing eye examinations using slit lamp and fundoscopy. Attended over 90,000 patients with different eye diseases.
